Ingredients :
- 350 grams frosted flakes or other cereal
- 1 cup chocolate spread with or without other flavours
- 1 cup peanut butter smooth or crunchy
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Method :
- Put the spreads in a large plastic bowl and place in the microwave for 40 seconds. Remove and give it a good stir.
- Add your preferred flakes and stir by putting the spoon underneath the cereal and folding the choco mixture in whilst turning the bowl. Be patient, you want to get a good coating so continue to rotate and fold until you"re satisfied it is thoroughly coated.
- Add 1 cup of powdered sugar and start tossing the mixture again using the folding technique.
- Now it"s all a matter of personal preference - I like to add the sugar until the flakes separate to become individually coated but you might prefer larger clumps, so add the remaining sugar a little at a time and stir in well until you are satisfied with the mix.
- You can store this in an airtight container or a zip lock bag, but I shouldn"t think it work be around for long! I like mine from the fridge as I think it adds to the flavour when chilled
