
Ingredients :
- 2 carrots peeled
- 1/2 pints veg oil
Method :
- Peel the carrots, then with the potatoe peeler dig in and shave carrot peices
- Heat up the oil so its very hot if you use a deep fryer its 180-190 C
- Drop a few in at a time for 2-3 minutes
- Take out and lay on kitchen roll to soak up excessive oil
- Drain then add to a serving dish
- Sprinkle on salt, pepper or a little garlic salt
