Resep My Carrot Crispies ☺

Ingredients :

  • 2 carrots peeled
  • 1/2 pints veg oil

Method :
  1. Peel the carrots, then with the potatoe peeler dig in and shave carrot peices
  2. Heat up the oil so its very hot if you use a deep fryer its 180-190 C
  3. Drop a few in at a time for 2-3 minutes
  4. Take out and lay on kitchen roll to soak up excessive oil
  5. Drain then add to a serving dish
  6. Sprinkle on salt, pepper or a little garlic salt
