
Ingredients :
- 2 1/2 lb pork loin
- 1/2 tsp ground sage
- 1/4 cup honey
- 10 oz Apple juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 water
Method :
- In a pan heat oil add pork loinseason top side with half sage and salt
- After 3 minutes turn loins. Add the rest of salt and sage. Add juice and water till covered. Simmer/boil covered 20 minutes turn pork after 10 minutes.
- Let sit still covered 10 minutes. Serve hope you enjoy!
