
Ingredients :
- 100 gr sliced mushrooms
- 100 gr baby spinach
- 35 gr grated cheese
- 4 eggs
- salt
- pepper
Method :
- Boil the spinach until it"s soft and grate the cheese.
- Whisk 4 eggs into a bowl and add the mushrooms, salt and pepper.
- When the spinach is soft, but not quite done, add it to the egg mixture.
- Add the grated cheese and mix.
- Oil a deep muffin tray and pour the mixture in. Cook at 175°C for 30 minutes (or until golden on the top). Enjoy!
