Ingredients :
- 1 bunch parsley
- 2 1/2 tomatoes
- 1 lemon
- 1 cumcumber
- to taste salt pepper
- 1-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup cooked bulgar wheat optional
Method :
- Cut off as much stems as possible from parsley and chop fine
- Dice tomaotoes very small
- Grate cucumber
- Add all ingrediants together. Taste and adjust salt pepper and lemon juice to your liking! I use about 1/4 of the lemon and sqeeze juice in.
- Goes great on pita bread or tortillas
- I did not have bulgar wheat on hand so i did not use it this time.
