Ingredients :
- 1 c raw Cashews, soaked for 4/12hrs
- 1/2 c Water
- 1/4 c Honey or 1tbsp Truvia
- 2 tbsp fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch Salt
Method :
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until thick and creamy
- Store in the fridge for 5-7days
