Ingredients :
- 2 cups flour
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 tbsp. firm butter
- 1 cup milk
Method :
- Heat oven to 450°F.
- Mix dry ingredients
- Add butter mix with fork until course.
- Add milk and mix with fork until ball forms
- Pour out onto floured surface.
- Fold dough 8 to 10 times. Then roll to 1/2" thick
- Use cup dipped in flour to cut out biscuits. Set on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake on middle rack for 15 to 18 min.
- Let rest for 60 seconds. Enjoy with butter and honey or strawberries and whipped cream.
