Ingredients :
- 1/2 liter red wine
- 1 liter water
- 6 large pears
- 150 grams sugar
- 3 anise
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 vanilla
- 1 vanilla ice cream for serving
Method :
- Boil wine and water together, also just the first minute add all the spices (vanilla, cinnamon stick, anise flowers, sugar)
- By that time, peel the pears but keep the whole, do not cut into pieces.
- When the water starts to boil, carefully put the pears into it and continue boiling for 20-30 minutes on slow fire.
- While serving cut into 2 pieces, and don"t forget to put also vanilla ice cream and a little bit of the sauce it was cooked in on the plate while serving. Serve hot.
