Ingredients :
- 1 c. Almond Milk
- 1 serving Vanilla Hemp Protein Powder
- 1/2-3/4 c. frozen berries + pomegranate
- 1 tablespoon raw almond or cashew butter
- drizzle honey
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
- 1 teaspoon spirulina
- 1-2 teaspoons matcha
- Handful fresh spinach and/or Kale
- To taste Ice (optional)
- To taste cinnamon
- To taste honey
Method :
- Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until creamy smooth! (Layer greens and liquids first, pulse until blended, then add the rest of ingredients.)
