Recipe Creamy Berry Protein Shake

Ingredients :

  • 1 c. Almond Milk
  • 1 serving Vanilla Hemp Protein Powder
  • 1/2-3/4 c. frozen berries + pomegranate
  • 1 tablespoon raw almond or cashew butter
  • drizzle honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina
  • 1-2 teaspoons matcha
  • Handful fresh spinach and/or Kale
  • To taste Ice (optional)
  • To taste cinnamon
  • To taste honey

Method :
  1. Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until creamy smooth! (Layer greens and liquids first, pulse until blended, then add the rest of ingredients.)
