Ingredients :
- 1 bunch coriander/cilantro leaves
- 1 bunch parsley leaves
- 1 tbsp cumin ground
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 pinch ground cardamom
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4-5 serrano chilles
- 1 cup olive oil
- to taste Ground black pepper
- to taste Salt
Method :
- In food processor, add cilantro, parsley, garlic, chilles, cardamom, cumin powder, and few Tbsp of olive oil and pulse till smooth
- Add salt and pepper according to taste.
- Transfer to a bowl and chill in fridge.
