Ingredients :
- 10 boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts
- 2 chopped jalepeno pepper
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped pineapple
- to taste salt & pepper
- 2 chopped bell peppers
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 2 cups sodium free chicken broth
Method :
- Brown chicken with onions
- Add all other ingredients and simmer on medium for 20 minutes.
- Serve over brown rice or whole wheat pasta.
