
Ingredients :
- 50 gr parmesan cheese
- 1 heaped tsp brown rice flour
- 1 tsp seeds
- few grinds black pepper
- Hummus
- Chutney
Method :
- Grate the cheese
- Add the seeds and flour, and black pepper
- Mix and put teaspoon portions
- On to greaseproof paper.
- Flatten with a spoon and put under the grill.for a few minutes while the cheese melts. Watch carefully so it doesn"t burn (my first batch did 😴)
- Put on the plate
- Add hummus and chutney. Enjoy!!
