Ingredients :
- 6 chicken sausages (make crosses on two opposite sections)
- 6 champignon mushrooms -- wash, pat dry, slice thinly
- 2 onions -- slice them
- 1 dash salt
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp dashi powder
- 1 tsp oil
- 2 tbsp water
Method :
- Add sausages. Stir for about 2 - 3 minutes.
- Add sliced mushrooms. Add salt, dashi, honey, mirin, water. Increase the heat to medium. When the water has evaporated a bit, it is done.
