Ingredients :
- 250 grams margarine
- 2 eggs
- 625 ml flour
- 37 1/2 ml corn flour
- 185 ml sugar
- 375 ml dessicated coconut or 50ml cumin seeds
- 20 ml baking powder
- 2 1/2 ml vanilla essence
Method :
- Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
- Add coconut or cumin and mix well.
- Add sifted dry ingredients and mix to form a soft dough.
- Use cookie press and shape biscuits.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes till pale yellow in colour.
