Resep Bread Rolls with Stuffed Potatoes

Ingredients :

  • 2 large potato/ boiled and mashed
  • 1 bunch fresh spinach/ steamed/ chopped
  • 1 bunch parsley/ chopped
  • 1/2 bunch Fresh basil/ chopped
  • 1 bunch green onion/ chopped
  • 1/2 tbs vegetable oil for filling
  • 1 tsp red flakes pepper, salt
  • To make dough:
  • 1 teacup milk at room temperature
  • 2 tbsp instant dry yeast
  • Salt
  • 1 egg white
  • To decorate :
  • 3 cups flour/ if your dough is too soft add more flour
  • Egg yolk, sesame seeds, or flax seed

Method :
  1. Set oven at 375°F
  2. Mix yeast, yogurt, milk, add flour slowly
  3. Make a soft dough
  4. Cover and keep in warm place an hour
  5. Prepare the filling
  6. It"s ready
  7. Your dough has risen after 1 hour
  8. Make 8 even balls
  9. Flatten with your hand and place some filling in the middle of the dough
  10. Bring the edges together
  11. You close the ball,
  12. Oil the cake pan and place the balls in it, sealed side down
  13. Brush with egg yolk and add some sesame seeds or flax seeds
  14. Cook about 25 mins.
  15. Enjoy with your favorite tea.
