Ingredients :
- 3 cups bean sprouts
- 1 block firm tofu cubed
- 2 green onions
- 1 lb shrimp
- BATTER
- 1/2 cup corn starch
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup water
Method :
- Combine batter ingredients and mix until smooth
- Stir in other ingredients
- Heat oil for frying. Scoop two large spoonful of batter into oil, flatten with spoon and fry until golden brown on both sides
- Repeat until all batter has been used
