Recipe Shrimp and vegetable fritters

Ingredients :

  • 3 cups bean sprouts
  • 1 block firm tofu cubed
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • BATTER
  • 1/2 cup corn starch
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup water

Method :
  1. Combine batter ingredients and mix until smooth
  2. Stir in other ingredients
  3. Heat oil for frying. Scoop two large spoonful of batter into oil, flatten with spoon and fry until golden brown on both sides
  4. Repeat until all batter has been used
