Ingredients :
- to taste pepper
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1/2 tuna can in sunflower oil
- 1 cooking chorizo, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- to taste salt
- 4 eggs
Method :
- In a bowl, mix the eggs, salt and pepper. Then add the tuna and mix well.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan, over a slow to medium heat.
- Add the chorizo, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add the onion and continue to cook for a further 4-5 minutes or until the onions have softened.
- Add the egg mixture and cook for another 5 minutes or until the eggs are fully cooked. Continue to break up the eggs by mixing well throughout the cooking time.
