Ingredients :
- Stewing beef
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 dash Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp seasoning salt
- 4 medium potatoes- peeled & quartered
- 3 sticks celery - sliced
- 3 carrots -peeled and sliced
- 1 medium onion - chopped
- 4 packets beef oxo - add more if not enough
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- Water
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method :
- Add a bit of oil to a pot, add cut up stewing beef (to your preference). Add paprika, worceshire sauce and seasoning salt to pot. Cook until meat is a little cooked but not fully.
- Add vegetables to the pot (potatoes, celery, carrots and onions). Fill the pot with water just so its covering all the veggies.
- Bring the water to a simmer on medium head and add your OXO and salt and pepper
- When the vegetables are cooked through, mix your cornstarch with water until it has a liquid glue consistency. Add the cornstarch mixture to the pot stirring it while doing so until your pot thickens a little bit..not too thick though.
