Recipe Crispy walnut meringue

Resep Crispy walnut meringue

Ingredients :

  • 2 eggs (white)
  • 40 g sugar
  • 40 g walnuts (crushed)
  • 10 g starch

Method :
  1. Preheat the oven to 110℃/230℉. Roast walnuts and crush them (or you can use nuts powder).
  2. Beat eggs white. Add sugar in 2-3 times separately, and beat well till it becomes stiff, like a fine sponge.
  3. Add starch and walnuts and mix gently.
  4. Put the meringue into a plastic bag with a metal mouth and wring it out to make nice shape.
  5. Put it into the oven and bake for about an hour, make it completely dry.
  6. Keep them with a strong desiccant. Enjoy!
