
Ingredients :
- 2 eggs (white)
- 40 g sugar
- 40 g walnuts (crushed)
- 10 g starch
Method :
- Preheat the oven to 110℃/230℉. Roast walnuts and crush them (or you can use nuts powder).
- Beat eggs white. Add sugar in 2-3 times separately, and beat well till it becomes stiff, like a fine sponge.
- Add starch and walnuts and mix gently.
- Put the meringue into a plastic bag with a metal mouth and wring it out to make nice shape.
- Put it into the oven and bake for about an hour, make it completely dry.
- Keep them with a strong desiccant. Enjoy!
