Recipe Vegetable Stock

Resep Vegetable Stock

Ingredients :

  • 2-3 carrots
  • 2-3 celery sticks
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 portobello mushroom
  • 1 small bunch parsley
  • 5 sprigs thyme (fresh)
  • about 10 cups water
  • 1 tsp peppercorns

Method :
  1. Dice vegetables. Add water. Heat till water boils. Then simmer, covered, for about 1.5 hours. The concentration of the stock will be determined by how long the liquid simmers.
  2. Strain.
  3. Use or freeze.
