Ingredients :
- d SESAME DRESSING
- 3 T rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- c COLESLAW
- 8 oz nappa cabbage, finely shredded
- 1/4 c jicama, chopped
- 1/4 c green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 c carrots, shredded
Method :
- In large bowl, mix all dressing ingredients.
- Toss in all coleslaw ingredients and serve.
