Ingredients :
- 1/4 broccolli
- 1/4 Cauliflower
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 50 ml milk
- to taste salt
- to taste ground black pepper
Method :
- Boil the vegetables in salted water.
- Drain them well from the water.
- Add the vegetables back into the pot then add the pepper, milk and butter. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mash well altogether until it"s all combined.
