Ingredients :
- 3 cups strawberries (sliced)
- 1 pound chow mein noodles
- 1 green bell pepper sliced
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 whole white onion (caramelized)
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 stick butter (for pan)
- Mint leaves (garnish)
Method :
- Wash hands
- In a largs skillet grease with butter and put on a stovetop on low for 2 minutes put in a sliced green bell pepper, sliced strawberries, broccoli, thinly sliced white onion then add pepper, red pepper flakes, and a juice of a lemon
- When the veggies and fruit start to caramelize add in 1/2 cup soy sauce and mix the ingridients together
- Set the veggies & fruit aside and start on your chow mein noodles in a pot add water and put on medium when it starts to bubble put in chow mein noodles until cooked
- When the noodles and veggiez are cooked grab a plate put some of that good old stir fry and top it with fresh mint leaves
