Ingredients :
- 9 egg yolks
- 3 egg
- 9 tbsp cold water
- 3 tsp salt
- 6 cup flour
Method :
- Beat eggs until very light
- Beat in water and salt
- Stir in flour and work with hands.
- Divide dough into 3 parts
- Roll out each piece as thin as as you prefer on lightly floured cloth-covered board.
- With thin sharp knife cut into squares of desire widths
- Boil to desired tenderness
- Strain and enjoy!
