Ingredients :
- 500 grams - 1kg nuttelex-vegan butter (depends on how buttery you like it)
- 1/4 bunch parsley, chopped
- 1/4 bunch basil, chopped
- 1/4 bunch coriander, chopped
- 4 clove garlic, crushed
- dash of lemon juice
Method :
- Remove butter from fridge to soften.
- In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients until combined.
- Chop the soft butter. Add to bowl and stir until well mixed through.
- Place a long peice of baking paper on the bench. Place the butter mixture onto paper. Roll up into a log. Twist the ends. Put in fridge to keep hard. Use as desired.
- Note: You can use what ever herbs you like, I just love that combination. Alternatively, you can use nuttlex butter for vegan option and also add ingredients in a food processor instead of chopping. Quick and easy...
