Recipe Creamy Tavern Ham and Swiss Soup

Resep Creamy Tavern Ham and Swiss Soup

Ingredients :

  • 1 Elbow Macaroni (As Much As Desired)
  • 2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 Bunch Of Broccoli (About 1 cup), Rinsed and chopped
  • 1/2 cup - 1 Cup Red Pepper (Optional), Rinsed and Chopped
  • 2 cup Half and Half
  • 1 cup Ham, Cut Into Chunks
  • 1 cup Grated Swiss Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1/4 Water
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg (Optional)
  • 1 Salt and Pepper To Taste

Method :
  1. Cook macaroni noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, bring chicken Broth to a boil. Place chopped broccoli and peppers in the boiling water. Cook until just tender. Add your half and half, ham and Swiss Cheese. Bring to a simmer, stirring and melting the cheese.
  3. In a glass mix flour and a 1/4 cup water until smooth. Add to soup and stir until thick. Add nutmeg and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add the amount of macaroni to the soup that you like, simmer a bit more and enjoy!
