Ingredients :
- 2 28oz cans tomato sauce (I use dei fratelli)
- 1 14.5oz can petite diced tomatoes (I use dei fratelli)
- 1 tsp oregano
- 3 tbsp chopped onion
- 3 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin (I use colavita)
- 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- dash salt
- dash black pepper
Method :
- Add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to a pan and saute the onion and garlic on low to medium heat
- Add all other ingredients into a pot then add the sautéed onion and garlic to it and cook on low for 3-4 hours until the sauce thickens
