Ingredients :
- 8 each Peaches, peeled
- 3 each Large Oranges
- 1 medium Cantaloupe, pulp removed
- 1 each Lemon
- 1 can Crushed Pineapple (8.5 oz size)
- 1 Sugar
Method :
- Chop all ingredients fine.
- Put orange through a food chopper.
- Combine all with 3/4 cup of sugar per cup of fruit.
- Mix well.
- Let stand overnight.
- Next morning, cook on low heat for one hour.
- Stir frequently.
- Pour into hot jars and seal.
- Enjoy.....
