Ingredients :
- 1 c raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 c raw sunflower seeds
- 1 c raw walnuts, chopped
- 1 c pecans, chopped
- 1/2 c coconut oil
- 2 c shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- sweetener equivalent to 2 tsp sugar
Method :
- Preheat oven to 275°F.
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss to mix thoroughly.
- Spread mixture on a large baking sheet. Bake for 20 min, stirring once. Cool before serving.
