Ingredients :
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 6 tbsp lemon juice
- 20 oz crushed pineapple
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 2 graham cracker pie crust
Method :
- Mix cream cheese, condensed milk and lemon juice until smooth.
- Stir in well drained crushed pineapple and pecans.
- Fold in cool whip until well blended.
- Pour 1/2 mixture into each pie crust and even out.
- Chill for at least 3 hours.
