Ingredients :
- 4 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp Splenda brown sugar
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup Splenda
- 2 tbsp shredded sweetened coconut
- 4 tbsp Hershey's cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup marshmallows
- 3 tbsp water
Method :
- Mix all liquid ingredients with butter, Splenda, Splenda brown sugar and marshmallows.
- Mix in Cocoa, coconut and flour.
- Flash chill in freezer 10-15 minutes.
- Use spoon to portion, roll into 1 inch balls and bake at 400°F for 9-11 minutes
