Ingredients :
- chicken
- 4 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dried goji berries
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup cashew nuts
- 16 oz broccoli
- 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tbsp arrowroot powder
Method :
- Melt butter add garlic and salt put into pan
- Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces. Stir fry in butter till done. Then add chicken broth. Add goji berries, cashews, and broccoli. Simmer 5-7 minutes till broccoli is tender.
- Mix arrowroot powder with quarter cup of water add to chicken stir till thickened
- Let sit 5 minutes serve hope you enjoy!
