
Ingredients :
- 500 gms Moong dal (soaked)
- 2 tbsp Gram Flour
- 7-8 green chilli
- 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Crushed
- 1 tbsp Rice flour
- 1/2 tsp carom seeds
- to taste Salt
- 1 tsp red chilli powder (optional)
- 1 tsp turmeric
Method :
- Soak moong dal for atleast 4-5 hrs
- Grind it roughly with adding all ingredients except green chilli and ginger garlic
- Now roughly crushed green chilli, not grind. And then add it and ginger garlic in ready moong dal batter.
- Now heat oil for deep frying. Take small amount of batter in spoon and fry it until golden brown. Do not over fry it.
- Serve it with Pudina chat
