
Ingredients :
- 8 oz pizza dough
- 2 tbsp pesto sauce
- 1 each grilled boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 tsp chopped walnuts
- 1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp olive oil, extra virgin
Method :
- Roll and stretch pizza dough to about 10 inches, poke holes through dough with a fork.
- Spread pesto sauce onto dough
- Chop chicken breast into small pieces
- Sprinkle chicken and walnuts over pesto
- Sprinkle cheese on top
- Bake at 475°F - 500°F for 7- 10 minutes
- Brush crust with olive oil.
