Ingredients :
- 1 lb Sliced steak or chicken breast
- 1 box Red Beans and Rice mix
- 1 packages Frozen asparagus
- 1 packages garden wraps
Method :
- Prepare red beans and rice per package instructions. Thaw asparagus just enough to be cut into bite size pieces leave out to keep in thawing as rice cooks. Once rice is done add asparagus and cover. Make sure to remove from heat.
- Grill chicken or steak.
- Put rice mixture in wrap top with meat and roll by folding ends in then rolling.
