Ingredients :
- 1 pound Vavaldi potatoes cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup Mayo
- 2 stalks celery sliced
- 1/2 finely chopped purple onion
- 1 tbsp fennel
- 1 tbsp dill
- 4 tbsp chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method :
- Cooked potatoes for 15 minutes or until tender
- Mix remaining ingredients in bowl
- Drain potatoes and add to bowl
- Stir until potatoes are evenly coated.
- Serve warm or refrigerate for several hours and serve cold.
