Ingredients :
- 2 maraschino cherries (I used red)
- Marzipan
- 50 gr dark chocolate, chopped to small pieces
- 1 tsp rum (I used essence)
Method :
- Immerse the cherries on rum for about 10 minutes. Swirl the bowl around so the rum will coat the cherries.
- Take enough marzipan and form a ball. Flatten it and put a cherry inside. Add more marzipan if necessary.
- Melt chocolate in a doule boiler. Dip marzipan-coated cherries inside. Cool in a baking paper, and then put in a fridge for an hour or so.
