Ingredients :
- Heated Sugar rimmed Spanish coffee mug
- 3/4 oz rum
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- flame to caramelize the sugar
- 2 oz coffee liqueur (kahlua)
- 3-4 oz coffee
- whipped cream
Method :
- Place rum & triple sec in mug
- Light with flame
- Put out flame with kalhua
- Add coffee and whipped cream
