Ingredients :
- 8 Chicken Thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 12 clove garlic
- 1/2 lemon (cut into slices)
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp coriander (cut)
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 bunch Broccoli (thinly sliced)
Method :
- Season the chicken with salt and black pepper, on the both surfaces.
- Heat up a skillet (cast-iron skillet preferred) on medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Pan-fry the chicken until both surfaces become crispy or nicely browned.
- Make sure the chicken is well cooked and then remove them from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic in and cook until slightly browned. Then add broccoli, cayenne pepper, cream, wine in and cook for about a min.
- Add lemon slices in.
- Add the chicken back into the skillet.
- Sprinkle coriander leaves into the skillet, stir well, remove from heat and serve immediately.
