
Ingredients :
- 6 large Lemon
- 8 cup Water
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Finely chopped fresh mint
Method :
- In a small pot bring one cup of water and the sugar to the boil. Sugar will dissolve. Allow to cool
- Peel lemons and put through a juicer. Discard most of the pulp
- Combine lemon juice, sugar syrup and mint. Refrigerate overnight. Serve over ice with slice of fresh lemon
