
Ingredients :
- 2 lbs stew beef, seared
- 8 cups beef stock
- 4 cups chopped celery
- 1 whole white onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- 10 oz. baby spinach
- 10 oz. kale
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 tsp. garlic paste
- 2 tbs. tomato paste
- 1 tbs. smoke house pepper
- 2 tbs. black pepper
Method :
- Bring beef stock to a simmer. Add celery, garlic, onion, tomato paste garlic paste, smokehouse pepper, black pepper.
- Sear stew beef on a very hot surface, browning all sides. Add to stock.
- Add baby spinach, kale, and frozen peas.
- Simmer for 30 mins. Remove from heat. Enjoy.
