Ingredients :
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 milk
- 1/2 water
- 1/4 salt
- 2 tablespoons mixed herbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 5 handful spinach
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- salt and pepper to taste.
Method :
- CREPE
- Mix flour, salt and mixed herbs together
- Whisk together flour and eggs.
- Gradually add milk and water and beat until smooth.
- Heat small amount of olive oil in a riddle. Pour 1/4 batter and tilt the pan with circular motion
- Cook crepe for 2 min or until golden brown and flip it over.
- FILLING
- Sauté all vegies once cooked fold it in your crepe. Serve with Slices of orange and red cherries.
