
Ingredients :
- Crust
- 1 1/2 cup thanksgiving stuffing
- 1 1/2 tsp butter
- Filling
- 10 eggs
- 2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese of your choice
- 1 1/2 tsp flour
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Method :
- Butter sides of a 2 quart casserole dish. Press stuffing into bottom of Baking dish to make a crust.
- Bake crust at 350° for 10 minutes or till browned and crispy.
- While crust is baking brat eggs in mixing bowl adding milk till fluffy. Add seasoning.
- Toss shredded cheese in flour in a bowl
- Pour egg mixture over crust . Sprinkle in cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes. It"s done when you poke a knife in the middle and the knife comes out clean.
- Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes. Enjoy!
