Ingredients :
- 2 cups rice,steamed
- 3 cloves garlic,sliced
- 1 pc. onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp. margarine
- 1 cup mustard leaves, sliced thinly
- 1 can green peas
- 1 cup smoked mackerel,skinned
- 1 tbdp. curry powder
- pinch salt,to taste
- pinch ginisa mix
Method :
- Break the mackerel into medium chunks.set aside.
- Meanwhile,In a saute pan over medium heat, heat a tbsp. Of margarine and sweat the onions.add garlic and saute until fragrant.
- Add mackerel and saute for 1 minute. Add the green peas, stir and simmer until almost dry.
- Top with the eggs then serve.
