Recipe Simple Memorial Day pineapple upside down cake in a cast iron skillet

Ingredients :

• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• 20 ounces pineapples sliced
• 2/3 cup maraschino cherries
• ◆◆◆◆◆ Cake ◆◆◆◆◆
• 16-1/2 ounce yellow cake mix
• 4 large eggs
• 3.4 ounces vanilla pudding mix
• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Method :

1. Preheat oven 350° Fahrenheit
2. In a cast iron skillet melt butter. Add brown sugar and srpead even in skillet
3. Add pineapple
4. Add cherries
5. Mix oil, eggs, cake mix, pudding mix, and water. Spread evenly over the pineapples and cherries. Put into oven for 50 minutes.
6. Let cool 10 minutes. Put on a plate and turn over. Cut and serve I hope you enjoy!
