Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- – Freshly ground black pepper
- For 6 people to large cucumbers peeled and very thinly sliced
Method :
- Blend all the ingredients together in a large bowl, add the cucumber (you can also eat use lettuce), and lets the salad stand for at least one hour before serving
- Serve in individual glasses salad bowls, or leave on table for people to help themselves
