
Ingredients :
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 medium sized onion cut accross longways
- 1 big handful Green Beans
- 1 handful broccoli florets fresh, cut finely longways
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Dark Soya Sauce
Method :
- Melt the butter, fry the onions for one minute
- Add the green beans chopped at both ends
- Then add the broccoli and fry for 3 mins
- Dd the soya sauce stir in, then cover with lid turn the heat down and simmer for 5 minutes
- Arrange the mix in a serving bowl and serve while hot
