Ingredients :
- 3 cups Vegetable Broth
- 1 cup diced Onions
- 2 cups diced Carrots
- 2 cups sliced Celery
- 1/2 cup diced Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 1/2 cup (1 inch) Green Beans
- 1/2 cup Corn
- 1/4 cup Peas
- 1/2 cup Lima Beans
- 1 whole Green Cabbage
- 1/2 cup chopped Broccoli
- 1/4 cup chopped Cauliflour
- 1 1/4 teaspoons Tomato Paste
- 1 cup chopped canned Tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
Method :
- Wash Hands
- Get a large pot and add all the vegetables in the pot
- Then add salt and pepper
- Then let simmer for 10 to 12 minutes until warm when it"s warm get a handheld blendar and mix until you do not see any chunks
- Ladle soup in bowl and enjoy
