Ingredients :
- 2 cup leftover chilli
- 4 slices plain white bread slices
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 spring onions sliced
Method :
- Preheat oven to 350℉/180℃
- Top leftover chilli on bread add cheese slices and scallions (spring onions).
- Place on an baking sheet and cook for covered by foil for ten minutes then remove cover and finish cooking for 5-10 minutes until hot and bubbly
