Recipe Tim's Itilian Hot Dog Sauce

Ingredients :

• 1 pound Italian sausage (mild or hot)
• 1/4 yellow onion
• 1 Tbsp cumin
• 1 Tbsp chili powder
• 1 cup spaghetti sauce with meat
• 1 dash worcestershire sauce

Method :

1. Take casing off sausage and break up and brown , when brown add to food processor. Seperate oil from sausage and reserve in pan.
2. Take quarter of small onion and place in food processor add cumin and chili powder to processor with sausage. Chop fine .
3. Add 1 cup of spaghetti sauce to pan with oil and heat.
4. Mix the sausage mix in pan with sauce and simmer for ten minutes. Then remove from heat and serve with hot dogz.
